The Felt Sense - Somatic Meditations to Support Healing
'The Felt Sense' somatic meditations sprung from my Recover Me trauma recovery course. These somatic meditations are intended to help you safely associate to your body and your 'felt' experience. Many of us walk around disconnected from our bodies and our emotions, either because we have learned this way of living, or because there may be unprocessed or traumatic experiences that are too overwhelming to feel. This series provides a gentle trauma-informed way to start listening to the story of the body being safely connected to your experiences. Start with 1) Full body presence, to get a sense of where you are in your somatic journey---Follow Natalia Rachel:╰ https://www.facebook.com/nataliarachelchange╰ https://www.instagram.com/natalia_rachel_change╰ https://www.nataliarachel.com

Increasing Safety and Releasing False Bracing Patterns
Our body braces as a response to threat. In the case of stress and trauma, we tend to hold on to bracing patterns, even when the threat has passed.
In this somatic meditation, the intention is to cultivate safety and resource in your body; so that you can safely release the brace patterns. This will promote feelings of spaciousness.
