The Felt Sense - Somatic Meditations to Support Healing
'The Felt Sense' somatic meditations sprung from my Recover Me trauma recovery course. These somatic meditations are intended to help you safely associate to your body and your 'felt' experience. Many of us walk around disconnected from our bodies and our emotions, either because we have learned this way of living, or because there may be unprocessed or traumatic experiences that are too overwhelming to feel. This series provides a gentle trauma-informed way to start listening to the story of the body being safely connected to your experiences. Start with 1) Full body presence, to get a sense of where you are in your somatic journey---Follow Natalia Rachel:╰ https://www.facebook.com/nataliarachelchange╰ https://www.instagram.com/natalia_rachel_change╰ https://www.nataliarachel.com
The Felt Sense - Somatic Meditations to Support Healing
Full Body Presence Somatic Exercise
This practice is a full-body somatic presence meditation. We spend so much time disconnected from our body and our felt sense. Here, I offer you an invitation to explore the question: "Where am I in this moment?".
As the first somatic meditation in the series, it is a gentle trauma-informed practice that will support you to associate to your body and sense the nature of change within you.
