In this session, you will be invited to move your body! The intention is to support gentle embodied expression. Movement is expression and expression is movement. Let’s listen to the story of your body…
We all have different ways of expressing. In this process, you may find release through breath, sound, twitches, or tremors in the body, or through localized or complete unwinding. Go at your own pace. If the process doesn’t feel accessible, return to part 1 or 2. You may need more time in these stages of association/somatization first.
